2. Account Registration

You are required to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information during registration and checkout. 

 

3. Payments

By renting toys from our service, you agree to pay the rental fee along with any additional charges that may arise, including late fees or damage costs.

 

4. Rental Period and Returns

All rented toys must be returned within the agreed rental period. Late returns may incur additional fees.

 

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activities that interfere with or disrupt the Service, or the servers and networks connected to it.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to any breach of these Terms.

 

7. Limitation of Liability

Parklane Solutions will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor any loss of profits or revenues, whether direct or indirect.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. Notice of the changes will be posted on our website. Your continued use of the Service after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

Refer & Earn

The referral program ("Program") is available to all users registered on Jolly Hopper ("Referrers") and individuals who join Jolly Hopper through the Program ("Referees"). To enroll as a Referrer, Click here

 

1. How it Works:

Referrers will earn a 10% credit on the purchase value of the membership plan chosen by their referees, added to their wallet for each customer subscribing to Jolly Hopper plans using their unique referral code. Referees will enjoy a 10% discount on their selected membership plan.

 

2. Referral Code:

Each referrer will receive a unique referral code to share with potential referees. Referees must enter this code when purchasing a Jolly Hopper membership to qualify for Program benefits.

3. Program Period:

The Program begins on 15th September, 2024, and will continue until Jolly Hopper decides to terminate it.

4. Payouts:

Referrers can request for encashment from the wallet by entering their bank details.

Referee discounts of 10% will be applied to the total amount payable during the membership sign-up process.

 

5. Restrictions:

Referrers are not allowed to refer themselves or create multiple accounts to gain benefits from the Program. Referees must be new customers and should not have an existing membership with Jolly Hopper.

 

6. Validity of Referral Codes:

Each user’s referral code remains unchanged and can be used for multiple referrals.

7. Modification and Termination:

Jolly Hopper reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time for any reason without prior notice.

 

8. Fraudulent Activity:

Jolly Hopper reserves the right to investigate and disqualify any Referrer or Referee engaged in fraudulent activities, such as creating fake accounts or other deceptive practices.

 

9. Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Program shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of appropriate court(s) in Bangalore, India.
